Responsibilities
Answer phones and direct the caller to the appropriate associate
Greet clients in a friendly, warm manner
Respond to client inquires on administrative questions
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages
Assists in the inventory management of office supplies
Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Maintains clean and organized reception area and conference rooms
Accurate data entry into database/CRM
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma
15+ years of front reception office experience
Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
Ability to prioritize projects and manage time
Provide outstanding customer service
Excellent communication
Good-natured, positive attitude
Self-directed initiative
A desire for continuous learning
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Consistent follow-through
Work independently and proactively to meet business & personal goals
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce preferred, but not required
Experience in a professional services or financial services environment
