Draft and review comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and advanced tax-planning strategies
Advise clients on estate, gift, and wealth transfer planning with an emphasis on tax efficiency
Collaborate with colleagues on matters involving probate, estate and trust administration, and related issues
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, providing practical and thoughtful guidance
Manage matters independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of estate planning experience
Comfortable handling in-depth tax and wealth planning matters
Experience in probate, elder law, trust/estate administration and other related areas may also be considered
Draft and review comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and advanced tax-planning strategies
Advise clients on estate, gift, and wealth transfer planning with an emphasis on tax efficiency
Collaborate with colleagues on matters involving probate, estate and trust administration, and related issues
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, providing practical and thoughtful guidance
Manage matters independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Minimum 2+ years of estate planning experience or experience in elder law, probate, or other related areas
Strong knowledge of estate and gift tax planning concepts
Experience or exposure to probate, estate/trust administration, and/or elder law is a plus
Excellent drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in North Carolina (or ability to obtain licensure)
