Design, build, and deploy machine learning models focused on credit risk and underwriting use cases
Own the full ML lifecycle, from data exploration and feature engineering to production deployment and monitoring
Work closely with product and engineering to translate business problems into scalable ML solutions
Improve model performance, stability, explainability, and compliance in a regulated environment
Operate with a high level of autonomy in a small, fast-moving startup team
Qualification
Required
4–5 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist with strong deployment exposure
Mandatory expertise in credit risk modeling (PD, LGD, EAD, underwriting, scoring models)
Strong Python skills and hands-on experience deploying models into production environments
Background in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (Master's preferred)
Excellent communication skills, ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in a highly autonomous startup environment
