Project Engineer, Logistics - Level 2

Responsibilities
Coordinates and conducts internal and external property assessments and analyzes results as assigned
Involved in property related matters, pre and post contract award, to identify risks, unique contractual requirements and support during contract performance and applicable closeout activities
Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions
Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives
Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position
Qualification
Required
Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards
International and local travel required
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and Maintain a TS/SCI
Preferred
MS Suite experience
Experience Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Property Tracking or Equivalent
Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
Team player and the ability to cross function with other team
