Account Manager, Health, Nutrition & Care - Remote, US

Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales of dsm-firmenich products within the nutraceutical, infant nutrition, and medical nutrition industries – achieving volume, pricing, and profitability targets
Monitor and analyze customer and product sales performance, implementing corrective actions when needed
Capture and communicate key market insights (e.g., customer feedback, competitive pricing strategies, market actions) to inform business decisions
Prepare and present commercial proposals, including pricing quotations, to drive customer engagement and growth
Lead customer forecasting and demand planning activities across the assigned territory
Manage and develop the sales pipeline through effective use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform

Required

5+ years of experience in a sales, business development, and/or account management role within business to business (B2B) environment
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field is required
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time – primarily domestic travel
Ability to communicate with a variety of functions to generate sales
Positive and proactive attitude with a drive toward meeting and exceeding targets

Preferred

Nutraceutical industry experience is a strong plus
