Responsibilities
Design and develop custom SharePoint Online solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, and TypeScript
Build and optimize sophisticated business processes using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps
Lead site migrations (from on-prem to Online) and manage site taxonomy, metadata, and governance structures
Work directly with department heads to translate business requirements into functional SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries
Ensure platform stability by managing permissions, troubleshooting bugs, and monitoring site performance
Qualification
Required
Design and develop custom SharePoint Online solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, and TypeScript
Build and optimize sophisticated business processes using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps

Deep expertise in SharePoint Online, Modern UI, and Classic features
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React
Strong experience with Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI) and Microsoft Teams integration
Experience with C#, .NET, and PowerShell scripting for SharePoint management
Ability to work with Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs to connect SharePoint with external data sources
3–5+ years of dedicated SharePoint development
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate or Power Platform App Maker Associate is a major plus
Analytical approach to troubleshooting and systems optimization
Ability to articulate technical constraints and solutions to diverse stakeholders
Proven track record of managing complex deployments within strict timelines
