Strong expertise in COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, MQ-Series, SQL, VSAM, Easytrieve
Experience with performance tuning and capacity planning (CPU, I/O, MSUs, MIPs)
Hands-on with tools such as Strobe/iStrobe, Platinum Detector
Experience navigating Oracle databases for triage and analysis
Proficiency with File-AID, Endeavor, Intertest, Abend-AID, Control-M
Strong debugging skills across lower and pre-production environments
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
