Responsibilities
Support Retail Quality Assurance in product condition tracking
Assist Salons in implementing continuous daily stock maintenance and monitoring progress
Provide Salon Damage Notification guidance and facilitate related jewelry quality inspections
Understand the key factors for salability of jewelry items without integrity concerns by reviewing the construction and assembly of manufactured jewelry as well as evaluate diamonds, colored stones and pearls to ensure that all quality standards are upheld
Provide photo documentation and identify repair trends
Highlight outstanding key personnel, monitor their progression by logging and tracking Damage Notification submissions and inspire commitment
Administrative tasks include but are not exclusive to jewelry inspection related inspection documentation and processing, assisting departmental reporting, inventory analysis and packaging jewelry for transit
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Jewelry Retail Operations Experience
Graduate Gemologist required; Bench jewelry/manufacturing knowledge a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Operating Systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Capable of multi-tasking and ability to inspire commitment with a helpful, upbeat and flexible personality
