Responsibilities

Design, plan, and execute detailed test cases for AEM, CJA, and AJO workflows
Validate end-to-end customer journeys across email, SMS, push, in-app, and web channels
Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing for journeys and analytics
Collaborate with developers and business teams in Agile/Scrum environments
Manage and track test cases using qTest or similar tools
Perform manual API testing using Postman and validate backend data in MongoDB
Create and test AEM author pages/forms; verify submissions and content paths

Required

Strong hands-on manual QA experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Practical testing experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Solid understanding of test planning, regression, sanity, and smoke testing
Experience testing APIs, microservices, and working with datasets/schemas
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain QA processes and test logic

Preferred

Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) concepts
Basic understanding of journey triggering or workflow validation within Adobe tools
