Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining and developing an internal website using SharePoint and other collaboration platforms for all problem management activities
Provides medium for SLA reporting, and analyses and verifies reported SLAs
Performs quality assurance on all content
Develops and maintains all database functions
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 8 years of experience in design using SharePoint and other collaboration platforms
Experience in problem management, to include quality assurance and SLA analysis
Proficiency in SharePoint, SAS, Tableau, and Socrata, encompassing installation, configuration, and maintenance
Demonstrated leadership in overseeing support teams for SharePoint, SAS, Tableau, and Socrata, emphasizing task prioritization and timely issue resolution
Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across SharePoint, SAS, Tableau, and Socrata platforms
Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels and translate technical concepts effectively
Knowledge of data integration principles and experience managing connections and workflows among SharePoint, SAS, Tableau, Socrata, and other systems, adhering to data governance and security standards
Preferred
Knowledge of infrastructure components such as Windows servers and active directory
Ability to write data manipulation scripts
Knowledge of storage and networking
