Responsibilities

Lead the Inside Sales team to increase productivity and performance through targeted coaching, metrics-based management, and daily execution support
Manage sales forecasting, pipeline health, territory planning, and quota design to drive predictable revenue
Oversee CRM administration and reporting (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and usability
Continuously improve sales processes to reduce friction and increase efficiency
Equip sales with the tools, content, and training needed to drive engagement, accelerate deal cycles, and improve win rates
Partner with Marketing on content alignment and campaign execution readiness
Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure cohesive GTM execution
Coordinate planning and performance tracking across functions
Deliver actionable insights into buyer behavior, sales activity, and market trends
Eliminate data silos and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making

Required

8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles
Proven ability to build scalable sales processes and tools
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong business acumen and a bias for action

Preferred

Experience leading inside sales or sales development teams is preferred
Strong command of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), sales analytics tools, and reporting platforms
