Qualification
Required
Experience and understanding of the mortgage industry, including working with Loan Officers and knowledge of underwriting procedures
Strong customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure a positive experience throughout the loan process
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
Attention to detail and organizational capabilities, including document collection and file management
Proficiency with mortgage software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
High school diploma required
Preferred
Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting tools is a plus
Prior experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is highly desirable
Additional certifications or coursework in finance, banking, or related fields is a plus
