Director, Geotechnical Engineering

Responsibilities
Conduct field inspections and subsurface explorations to assess geotechnical conditions
Perform geotechnical and civil engineering analyses to support project design and implementation
Assist in peer reviews of geotechnical system designs and construction processes
Gather and synthesize data from diverse sources (e.g., field investigations, document reviews, interviews) to deliver clear, technical conclusions to engineering, business, and industry stakeholders
Qualification
Required
BS in Civil Engineering (MS Preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Licensed Professional Civil or Structural Engineer in at least one state within the United States - or equivalent licensure in other countries
Excellent expert report writing skills to complement analytics
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent listening, verbal, written, technical, and presentation skills
