Coordinate between various management functions to ensure that service deliverables for yachts are consistently exceeded
Build relationships with key stakeholders using excellent written and verbal communication skills
Identify commercial opportunities and find creative solutions to complex problems
Actively participate in all Y.CO sponsored sustainability programs and encourage yacht owners to engage with global initiatives for environmental protection and social equity

Client-facing experience within the maritime or superyacht industry
Experience of maritime or superyacht operations at a senior level
Maritime qualifications or university-level education
