Responsibilities
Deliver above-and-beyond member service through phone, text and email regarding program enrollment, meal deliveries and any real-time issues that may arise
Coordinate with NourishedRx Registered Dietitians to ensure members receive the best possible personalized interaction
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with members to establish a positive rapport with every member
Utilize and master our internal platform/app to deliver exceptional service while meeting company quality standards efficiently, effectively, and consistently
Provide seamless support between multiple communication channels: including phone, text, email, and web platform/app
Qualification
Required
Flexible, versatile, positive, passionate, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done
Effective communication skills
Strong coordination and logistics skills
Resourcefulness
Willingness to learn new software programs
Preferred
Experience with vulnerable and elderly populations, a plus
Bilingual, also a plus
