Responsibilities

Partner with key stakeholders to develop client-facing pitch strategies, providing comprehensive research and preparation; collaborate with the Proposal team on major proposals and RFPs and oversee tracking of all pitch and RFP activity
Lead the strategy and submission process for legal awards and directories (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500), ensuring submissions reflect the practice’s global capabilities and client successes
Plan, manage, and execute practice-related events in collaboration with the events team, including concept development, budgeting, agenda creation, targeting lists, invitation drafting, RSVP tracking, and post-event ROI and client feedback analysis
Create and maintain compelling marketing collateral, including website content, experience lists, and other client-facing materials, while supporting knowledge management efforts to ensure accuracy and relevance
Build and maintain trusted client development relationships with Practice Chairs and key internal stakeholders
Collaborate with the Practice Chair and Litigation Client Development Director to develop and manage annual strategic marketing and business development plans and budgets, with ongoing ROI tracking
Design and execute client-centric, data-driven, integrated marketing and business development campaigns aligned with strategic priorities

Required

Bachelor's Degree required
6 years of marketing project management experience in a law firm
Proven ability to build strong, effective working relationships across all levels of the organization, while operating successfully both independently and collaboratively to achieve individual and team objectives
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence, advise, and guide partners on strategic direction, coupled with strong execution and follow-through
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced business environment while maintaining productivity, meeting deadlines, and managing workload effectively
