Responsibilities
Greets guests/clients, informs relevant personnel of their arrival. In situations where the party is not in the office, inform the appropriate persons or redirect the client/guest to someone who may be able to assist. Maintains a log of clients/guests
Answers telephone calls, routing the calls as quickly as possible to the appropriate part. Takes and delivers messages, either internally or externally
Maintains log of office personnel whereabouts. Maintains conference room schedules and log of incoming/outgoing courier packages
Typing, mailing, sorting and other clerical tasks as assigned
Assisting legal assistants with filing and backlogging the appropriate paperwork
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Two years of customer service experience preferably in health care, hospitality, or law firms
Legal assistant experience is a plus
Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the Firm's sole discretion
Must be regularly available and willing to work at least 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week as the Firm determines are necessary or desirable to meet its business needs
Must be available and willing to work such overtime per day or per week as the Firm determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs
Must be available and willing to work such weekends and holidays as the Firm determines are necessary or desirable to meet its business needs
Must be available and willing to travel to such locations and with such frequency as the Firm determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs
