Responsibilities
Provide essential support to attorneys handling a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development of office, industrial, retail, and technology-driven properties
Assist with transactions from inception to closing, manage due diligence, conduct title and survey reviews, coordinate escrow activities, and prepare executable closing documents
Draft lease amendments, summaries, and correspondence, review service and management contracts, obtain client organizational documents, and support post-closing activities
Exposure to pro bono work and the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced practice group
Qualification
Required
Skilled Real Estate Paralegal experience
Experience handling a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development of office, industrial, retail, and technology-driven properties
Ability to assist with transactions from inception to closing
Experience managing due diligence
Conducting title and survey reviews
Coordinating escrow activities
Preparing executable closing documents
Drafting lease amendments, summaries, and correspondence
Reviewing service and management contracts
Obtaining client organizational documents
Supporting post-closing activities
