Responsibilities
Support Project Managers on technology projects (cloud, software, infrastructure, security, data)
Track tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
Coordinate meetings, technical working sessions, and project checkpoints
Capture meeting notes, technical decisions, and action items
Maintain project documentation (plans, RAID logs, timelines, runbooks)
Assist with client-facing and executive status reporting
Collaborate with engineers, analysts, vendors, and business stakeholders
Help ensure projects stay organized, on track, and well communicated
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
0–2 years of experience in project coordination, IT support, internships, or operations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working with technical concepts and learning new tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Preferred
Exposure to IT projects (cloud, software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, or similar tools
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Interest in pursuing CAPM, PMP, or Agile certifications
