Responsibilities
Lead a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full stack systems to develop, launch, and manage a B2B enterprise website
Perform web development on Front End Applications leveraging a test-driven development pattern
Own the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems to create a single, cohesive digital customer experience in collaboration with partner product teams
Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, and mentoring other members of the engineering community
Collaborate with digital product managers, UX designers, and content strategists to deliver robust, cloud-based digital experiences that drive traffic, engagement, and sales pipeline
Utilize programming languages like JavaScript (Angular, React, Node), HTML/CSS, TypeScript and Java, Tailwind CSS, Next.js, open source frameworks, RESTful web services, and work on cross-browser and cross-device development
Managing and securing website infrastructures with integrated marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and experiential platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 6 years of experience in software engineering
At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
At least 4 years of people management experience
Preferred
Master's Degree
9+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks
7+ years of people management experience
2+ years of experience in Agile practices
