You'll own the web platform, backend services, and AI personalization systems that power our web and mobile apps
This means building highly-scalable backends in Node.js, pixel-perfect React interfaces, and creating AI pipelines that make stretching routines smarter—think MCP servers, RAG systems, and personalized movement plans
Have strong full-stack chops and can ship features end-to-end
Test your own work religiously—we trust you to catch your own bugs
Advocate for technical priorities while staying pragmatic and business-focused
Dive into unfamiliar territory without hesitation
Communicate with empathy, kindness, and clarity
Care about helping people become healthier
Are comfortable setting up AWS infrastructure
