They are seeking a Full-Cycle Sales Representative to support revenue growth through full-cycle sales activities, managing the sales process from initial outreach to account expansion.

Responsibilities

Owning the full sales cycle from initial outreach through closed revenue and account expansion
Identifying and engaging founders, operators, and decision-makers aligned to ElevateForward.ai’s ideal customer profile
Conducting discovery conversations to understand business challenges and assess fit
Presenting and selling ElevateForward.ai reports and platform subscriptions
Closing new customer accounts and supporting initial revenue conversion
Identifying opportunities for account expansion into higher-tier offerings
Managing opportunities through the sales process with professionalism and follow-through
Maintaining deal records in the Company’s CRM for commission tracking and reconciliation purposes
Sharing market feedback with Company leadership to help refine positioning, messaging, and pricing

Required

Proven experience owning a full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, and closing
Demonstrated ability to convert conversations into closed revenue
Strong executive-level communication and discovery skills
Highly self-directed and accountable; comfortable operating without close supervision
Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Comfort working with early-stage products and evolving messaging
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and outbound tools (e.g., Apollo.ai) is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward outcomes over activity
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Preferred

College coursework or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not required
