Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and other platforms
Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, shipping updates, returns, and general support
Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally to ensure a positive experience
Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and company policies
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, patient, and empathetic customer service approach
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms and order fulfillment
Prior customer service or retail experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar systems
