MK Search is seeking a Temporary Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to provide office support for a professional office. The role involves managing vendor check-ins, overseeing kitchen inventory, assisting with office transitions, and ensuring new hire setups are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities
Vendor Check-In Management: Oversee and manage the vendor check-in process each morning
Kitchen Oversight: Tidy and restock kitchen areas after vendor visits. Maintain daily inventory of beverages, coffee, tea, milk/cream, paper products, and utensils
Office Support: Assist with office transitions by cleaning and preparing spaces for new hires and departing employees
New Hire Setup: Ensure new employees have all necessary supplies and workspace arrangements on their first day
Mail Distribution: Deliver and distribute daily mail to designated departments and team members
Qualification
Required
Previous receptionist and corporate office experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Professional presentation and a positive, service-oriented attitude
