Student Intern - Talent Management
ISO New England is the independent system operator responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable flow of electricity in the region. They are seeking a Talent Management Intern to contribute to strategic talent initiatives, support workforce planning, and collaborate with HR leaders within a Center of Excellence model.

Contribute to strategic talent initiatives including workforce planning, succession readiness, and career path development
Help build and refine frameworks, tools, and resources that inform talent and workforce decisions
Analyze and organize complex information, distilling it into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Support the development of systems and processes that enable long-term career sustainability
Manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Collaborate with HR leaders within a Center of Excellence model to support enterprise-wide initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum Education Level: Junior
Experience in Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
The ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to simplify and communicate complex information
A self-directed, proactive mindset with a 'nothing is impossible' attitude
Curiosity, adaptability, and comfort working through ambiguity
Strong written communication skills
Genuine interest in how organizations attract, develop, and retain talent
Candidates must have completed at least the first year of college and be currently enrolled in a four year or graduate-level academic program
Candidates must have the authority to work in the US on a permanent basis, without requiring sponsorship
