Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state, and local EHS regulations
Lead safety initiatives, risk reduction projects, and incident investigations
Develop and deliver engaging EHS training for employees, managers, and new hires
Maintain permits, SDS records, PPE programs, and safety documentation
Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and external partners
Analyze EHS data and report trends to plant and corporate leadership
Act as a trusted safety resource and member of the Safety Action Team
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Industrial Safety or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and workplace safety practices
Sharp observation skills and a proactive, improvement-driven mindset
