In this role, you will analyze and maintain test cases, conduct various types of testing, and support user acceptance testing while ensuring adherence to quality assurance best practices.

Responsibilities
Assist with preparation of test plans
Design test cases and condition requisite test data
Execute functional test cases and thoroughly document test results. Document defects in accordance with defect management policies and procedures
Participate in impact assessment discussions
Analyze test cases for regression and automation feasibility
Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance best practices
Provide guidance to less experienced personnel
Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management
Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the brand
Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable
Complete other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associates degree in Computer Science, Business or related field and a minimum of 2 years work experience, including a minimum of 1 years application testing experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 4 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years work experience, with a minimum of 1 years application testing experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience working independently as well as part of a team
Self-motivated
2+ years of Test Case Design & Execution experience
2+ years of Regression, Integration, System, and UAT Testing experience
2+ years of Defect Identification, Logging & Tracking experience
Familiarity with Agile software development framework
Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge
Pertinent web service testing application experience
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment under aggressive timelines
