Head of Media Operations
Highsnobiety is seeking a Head of Media Operations to lead the execution, performance, financial oversight, and pricing strategy for their U.S. paid media business. This role is responsible for flawless campaign delivery and building scalable pricing models while collaborating with various teams to enhance performance and competitiveness.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of all U.S. paid media campaigns across digital platforms
Lead and scale a high-performing U.S. media operations team
Serve as the senior pre-sale decision-maker for media planning, pricing, and feasibility
Own U.S. media pricing frameworks, CPM benchmarks, and rate governance
Ensure accurate forecasting, pacing, reconciliation, and billing
Oversee campaign performance, optimization, and issue escalation
Partner with Sales and Client Services in pre- and post-sale workflows
Implement and optimize media planning, pricing, and financial tracking tools
Collaborate cross-functionally and with global teams to align standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years in media operations, paid media, or digital media management
Proven ownership of U.S. media pricing and rate governance
Deep expertise across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic
Strong financial acumen with experience managing margins and hard costs
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
