Responsibilities
Apply Global Election Ads Policies, including the identification of 'Secondary Business Carveouts' where ads represent candidates as employees of professional organizations (e.g., real estate, insurance)
Linking and analyzing web ads content to related categories to ensure accurate placement and adherence to regional election policies (e.g., US, AU, IN, EU, NZ)
Documenting results for changes witnessed in the Advertising Market and maintaining organized records of all moderation activities
Demonstrate an outstanding ability to think creatively, identify potential issues, and resolve problems effectively to achieve client goals
Quickly learn new industries and business types to apply relevant knowledge to internet marketing and moderation strategies
Qualification
Required
Comprehensive knowledge of Election Ads policies and the ability to distinguish between political and informational content
Strong logical skills to analyze landing pages for 'offers for sale' signals and relevant candidate data. (Note: Candidates must pass a highly logical Aptitude test)
Knowledge and understanding of online Advertising products & services, SEO, and SEM
Comprehensive knowledge based on specific Campaign Requirements, including understanding of Website Domain, Acquisition, Monetization, and bid strategy
Extensive skills in web analysis and research, with a strong taste for online Ads like Google Ads etc. and the ability to perform deep-dive web research
Good interpersonal and people management skills with a strong problem-solving approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
High school diploma or equivalent, Graduates Preferred
Demonstrated proficiency equivalent to L1 rater skill levels for handling expert-level moderation workflows
A strong eye for identifying subtle nuances in political content and secondary business signals
A genuine passion for Search, internet marketing, and maintaining a healthy digital advertising ecosystem
Minimum of 6 months of professional work experience in Content Moderation
