OEM/Electronics - Account Manager / Sales Engineer
Employvision Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to support and grow key customer relationships across the Midwest region. This role involves managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with technical teams to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
Manage and expand relationships with assigned accounts across various industries
Identify new business opportunities and support design‑in and product adoption efforts
Conduct customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions as needed
Research, validate, and engage customer leads provided internally
Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, marketing, and operations
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and customer updates
Qualification
Required
2+ years of relevant sales or account management experience
Associate degree required
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
Comfortable working onsite 3 days per week
Ability to manage both hunting and farming responsibilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in electronics components, OEM, semiconductor, or related technical industries is highly preferred
Strong technical aptitude or background in electronics design is a plus
