The Food Partnerships Intern will support the Food Partnerships team in advancing strategic growth and operational excellence across the national food network, focusing on data analysis, operational workflows, and partner engagement.

Responsibilities

Collate and analyze data in preparation for quarterly business review meetings with food partners

Help document operational workflows for food operations

Support efforts to ensure food partner data exchanges are standardized and secure (e.g., sFTP, API documentation support)

Contribute to development and maintenance of an internal food partner catalog

Perform analysis and prepare content for ongoing community impact and value chain metrics pertaining to the Food Partner Network

Assist with analysis of member engagement and satisfaction data related to food offerings, including food sourced from local and regional partners

Update Supplier Diversity program, including reviewing and modifying goals and metrics

Provide additional support on supplier sustainability and diversity documentation, goal-setting, and tracking

Conduct ongoing analysis of food-related metrics, cross-cutting across programs for insights into individual food partners and food formats

Provide support as needed for further development of strategic partnerships with existing and prospective food and delivery logistics vendors

Support with new food vendor onboarding as needed
