Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices
Execute unit tests and assist in the testing process to ensure application reliability and performance
Collaborates with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency
Participates in architecture, design and code reviews
Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation
Assists in the analysis and troubleshooting of application issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT related field (ideally recent graduation August or December 2025)
0 to 2 years of relevant work experience with Java and Spring (internship or coursework project experience)
Strong communication skills, collaborative nature, and desire to grow and learn!
