Conduct initial client consultations and intake interviews to gather relevant information
Accurately document client details in a case management system
Assist clients with completing intake forms and required documentation
Communicate next steps and manage client expectations with professionalism and empathy
Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal staff to transition matters from intake to case handling
Follow up with prospective clients to obtain missing information or provide updates
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Support intake-related administrative tasks, including data entry and document organization
Qualification
Required

Familiarity with legal terminology or case management systems is a plus
Bilingual candidates are a plus
