Responsibilities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify reliable suppliers and secure competitive pricing for office supplies and related products
Create and manage purchase orders from approved requisitions and issue to suppliers, ensuring pricing accuracy
Monitor inventory levels using materials management tools
Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier performance data, and contract documentation for audit readiness
Identify and escalate supply continuity concerns and part shortages with internal departments for action with the affected materials and order requirements
Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate delivery schedules, track shipments, and resolve supply chain issues promptly
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to own projects and drive to completion on time and within budget
Familiarity with logistics operations, inventory management practices, and production planning processes
Knowledge of sourcing techniques including negotiation tactics and contract management
Effectively communicate in both oral and written form
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and Outlook a must
Ability to perform mathematical calculations with a high degree of accuracy
Strong attention to detail, solid project management skills and good follow-through
Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
Preferred
Experience working with print vendors and suppliers is a plus
