Responsibilities
Assist with tracking implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Support coordination across internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Operations, Data)
Help document delivery plans, workflows, and operational requirements
Create and maintain delivery documentation and internal trackers
Assist in generating operational reports and dashboards
Review data and reports for accuracy and completeness
Support data accuracy by reviewing reports and flagging inconsistencies or gaps
Support launch readiness activities and operational checklists
Track action items and follow-ups from delivery meetings
Participate in internal delivery meetings and capture key action items and decisions
Contribute to delivery playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures
Identify opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and repeatability
Support special projects related to scaling customer delivery operations
Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Operations, Clinical, Data, and Technology teams as part of delivery execution
Gain exposure to how customer programs operate end-to-end in a healthcare and digital health environment
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance and support
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Preferred
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (junior or senior standing preferred) or Master's degree in healthcare, business, operations, public health, project management, or a related field
Interest in Food is Health, healthcare, digital health, or mission-driven work is strongly preferred
Familiarity with project management or reporting tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Looker Studio) is a plus
