Sales Account Executive - HVAC
MOHR Talent is seeking a Sales Account Executive to drive revenue in commercial HVAC services, retrofits, and construction projects. This role involves consultative selling and technical expertise to identify client needs, propose solutions, and manage the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business in commercial, industrial, healthcare, and property management markets
Conduct site visits and system assessments to recommend HVAC solutions
Prepare proposals, scopes, and cost estimates
Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure accuracy and project success
Build strong client relationships and deliver presentations to decision-makers
Negotiate deals and manage pipeline, tracking, and forecasts
Qualification
Required
5+ years in commercial HVAC sales, estimating, or engineering
Knowledge of HVAC systems, design, and controls
Ability to read blueprints and technical specs
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proven track record closing deals
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
Microsoft Office proficiency; estimating tools or AutoCAD a plus
