Perform project management tasks by working with Estimator(s), Office Manager, and the Operations Manager in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control, and quality standards are met
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget and provide exceptional customer service
Qualification
Required
Experienced Project Manager/Estimator with solid commercial, industrial and/or residential Concrete skills
Experience with flatwork, repairs, demo, walls, foundations and footings
Ability to perform project management tasks
Coordinate activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control, and quality standards are met
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Provide exceptional customer service
