Responsibilities
Lead multiple electrical construction projects from pre-construction through turnover
Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
Prepare and present WIP reports, cost projections, and profit forecasts
Coordinate manpower planning with field leadership and superintendents
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, vendors, and subcontractors
Manage change orders, RFIs, pay applications, and schedules of values
Review estimates, scopes, drawings, addenda, and contract documents
Oversee daily project coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and under budget
Approve vendor invoices and ensure accurate financial controls
Serve as a senior point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
8+ years of experience in design-build electrical construction
Strong understanding of estimating means and methods
Proven ability to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously
Solid knowledge of NEC, low-voltage systems, and OSHA requirements
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working from a primary office location with travel to project sites as needed
Preferred
Experience with Accubid or similar estimating software preferred
