Responsibilities
Cash Management: Monitor daily liquidity, prepare cash flow forecasts, and ensure sufficient working capital
Investments: Develop strategies for excess cash and evaluate investment options to maximize returns
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks tied to market conditions, interest rates, and currency fluctuations
Banking Relationships: Manage partnerships with financial institutions and ensure compliance with banking policies
Net Working Capital: Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable to maintain strong NWC performance
Financial Planning: Partner with departments on budgeting, forecasting, and alignment with corporate financial goals
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor treasury/finance staff to drive performance and development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred
5+ years in treasury, finance, or accounting with supervisory experience
CTP certification is a plus
Strong analytical skills, communication, organization, and leadership abilities
Proficiency with financial systems and analytical tools
