Responsibilities
Support teams in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
Assist with lean initiatives focused on waste reduction, efficiency, and productivity
Collect and analyze operational data to track performance and recommend improvements
Participate in activities such as value stream mapping, 5S, and root cause analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, quality, and engineering
Complete a capstone intern project and present results to leadership
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative
Ability to work on-site at one of our locations for the duration of the program
Preferred
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma concepts, or process improvement tools preferred
