Jr. Data Analyst
Largeton Group is seeking a Jr. Data Analyst to manage customer and supplier data using SAP and/or Oracle. The role involves reviewing documents for compliance, managing a portfolio of suppliers and customers, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate proficiency in SAP and/or Oracle to manage customer and supplier data
Review and analyze supplier/customer documents to ensure compliance with agreements
Determine and validate appropriate medical licenses using online resources (340B HRSA, NPI, HIBCC, GLN)
Manage a portfolio of assigned suppliers and customers, ensuring timely updates and compliance
Collaborate cross-functionally to meet internal and external customer needs and implement new accounts
Review and resolve escalated customer and supplier issues within established timelines
Coordinate and provide training for new team members; assess their progress
Review team reports and ensure corrective actions are implemented as necessary
Partner with the business intelligence team to create/maintain team reports and process improvements
Assign incoming requests to appropriate representatives within the team work queue
Identify and recommend opportunities for process or system enhancements
Research and resolve complex supplier and customer requests
Provide ongoing training and share best practices within the team
Utilize intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting
Demonstrate strong B2B data analysis and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing/distribution environment
Effectively manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven setting
Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with diverse groups
Qualification
Required

Minimum 3 years' experience in a B2B manufacturing/distribution environment
