Program Manager, Maritime Radar Technologies

Responsibilities
Collaborating closely with the PEO IWS customers to successfully capture and deliver Maritime Radar Technologies while mitigating risks and exploiting opportunities
Oversee the financial performance of cross-product efforts, including the RF-Head replacement, ensuring we meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements
Strong partnership with various PEO IWS 2 program management teams to deliver contract commitments on cost and schedule
Capture new business based on success relationships and exceptional performance
Qualification
Required
Experienced leader with a strong understanding of program management within a defense or government contract setting
Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and problem solving skills
Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition processes (Design & Demonstration, EMD, LRIP)
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and direct personnel in a dynamic environment
Proven ability to multi-task and ability to manage multiple simultaneous program efforts
Strong business acumen and PM technical skills
Experience working with teams that consist of other small businesses and other companies
Experience working non-traditional programs including transitioning prototypes into deployed program of record
Experience working with U.S. Navy and/or MDA as a customer
Program Management / technical experience in delivery of software
Proven ability to build, evolve, and sustain customer partnerships
