Responsibilities
Coordinate case study development, including video and photo capture
Develop and maintain marketing collateral and sales support materials
Manage part information, product updates, and marketing data accuracy
Support trade show planning, organization, and execution (assets, logistics, readiness)
Support administrative organization of marketing initiatives and timelines
Organize, manage, and maintain company promotional items and inventory
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
Manage multiple social media channels
Act as the on-site marketing execution partner for internal teams
Perform other tasks and assignments as needed and specified by Management
Qualification
Required
Must have strong organizational and project coordination skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams across the organization to support coordinated execution
Experience supporting trade shows and distributor-focused marketing
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications (Required)
4–7 years of experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technical marketing (Required)
