Responsibilities
Train directly under a Senior Mitigation Project Manager
Learn how to scope and manage water, mold, and environmental losses
Build strong fundamentals in documentation (photos, notes, job files, moisture logs)
Learn industry software like DocuSketch, Xactimate, and Symbility
Support inspections, measurements, job planning, and field coordination
Coordinate crews, equipment, vendors, and schedules
Communicate professionally with customers, building staff, and adjusters
Progressively take ownership of smaller mitigation projects end-to-end with supervision
Build toward managing a book of work as a full Project Manager
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license
Comfort working in the field and on job sites
Strong communication skills
Basic comfort with technology (phones, apps, tablets/computers)
Preferred
Mitigation/restoration experience
Exposure to Xactimate, Symbility, DocuSketch (or similar)
Prior field coordination, crew leadership, or project support experience
Construction, mitigation, restoration, trades, or operational experience (nice to have, not required)
Strong organization and follow-through
Comfort working with customers and field teams
Willingness to learn estimating, documentation, and job management systems
A high standard for professionalism and quality
