Customer Success Manager (Marketing Agency)

Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication primarily via Slack
Host and lead bi-weekly client calls
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Ensure client requests are fulfilled accurately and on time
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and project outcomes
Actively manage client satisfaction and proactively address concerns
Oversee a portfolio of approximately 40–50 clients with varying levels of support needs
Ensure clients receive the guidance and support needed to achieve success
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a marketing agency or similar firm
Strong client communication skills and relationship management abilities
Deep understanding of how agencies operate and deliver services
Ability to follow and execute established SOPs with minimal ramp-up time
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar role
