This role involves ensuring successful delivery from discovery through configuration, testing, and go-live, while managing timelines and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and risk logs
Facilitate discovery sessions with casino operations, IT, and compliance teams to gather requirements and define project scope
Oversee system configuration, including property setup, gaming configurations, and integrations with slot/table systems, loyalty programs, ERP/GL, and compliance platforms
Coordinate UAT and production validation to ensure all functional, operational, and regulatory scenarios are fully tested
Lead cutover and deployment activities, including execution of go-live plans and contingency management
Provide clear and consistent communication to clients, internal stakeholders, and leadership
Support delivery of training, SOPs, and a smooth transition to post-implementation support teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred
At least 3 years of experience in project management or software implementation; 5 years preferred
Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and configuration workflows
Experience working with gaming or regulated environments (highly preferred)
Excellent client-facing communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with casino systems (slots, tables, loyalty, compliance tools)
Familiarity with ERP/GL integrations
Knowledge of regulatory testing requirements within the gaming industry
