Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with partners across Business, Risk, Compliance, Controls, and Legal
Advocate for the US Wealth Management team's vision in authentication and antifraud
Lead full-cycle product initiatives in a fast-paced environment through discovery and delivery with a focus on authentication and antifraud
Collaborate with business, technology, marketing, legal, and compliance partners to evolve the product roadmap
Maintain clear documentation of scope, requirements, use cases, workflows, and wireframes
Evaluate diverse data sources to identify core user needs and guide product planning
Oversee UAT and production validations to ensure aligned deliverables
Address production escalations with expertise
Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria and execute test scripts
Deliver on tasks and support debugging of customer issues
Develop epic-level requirements and guide high‑level product features
Create newsletters/release notes and lead marketing initiatives
Own small projects, facilitate design/retro sessions, and manage user feedback
Set quarterly goals, document process flows, and support community outreach
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3 years in product development, business analysis, or project management, preferably in Wealth Management or Core Banking
Experience with collecting data, perform root cause analysis, and drive opportunities for product enhancement
Deep understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience delivering complex projects
Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Preferred
Experience in retail investments, brokerage, or banking
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
