Delectus Partners is a rapidly growing B2B insights company expanding its Private Equity Insights team in North America. The Senior Manager will lead the launch and expansion of innovative products for Private Equity clients, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Leading, coaching, and growing a team of outstanding consulting talent
Shaping and delivering disruptive insight products to Private Equity clients working on the largest, most complex deals
Owning key client relationships—proactively identifying needs, scoping solutions, and driving user penetration and revenue growth
Collaborating with global product leaders to launch and scale new offerings in one of the most dynamic areas of the PE market
Travelling regularly to stay connected with clients and the industry’s beating heart in New York, Boston, and San Francisco
Qualification
Required
Senior Manager (or equivalent) from a top consulting firm (MBB or Tier 2)
5–7+ years post-graduate experience, including team leadership and direct client responsibility
Deeply commercial, highly analytical, and energised by building something new—not just optimising the old
Skilled at synthesising insights, communicating with C-level clients, and delivering business results
Hungry for autonomy, impact, and a more entrepreneurial future
