Experience with expedited relief proceedings, including temporary restraining orders and temporary injunctions
Background in trade secret misappropriation and noncompete litigation
Familiarity with wage and hour class actions and single-plaintiff employment disputes
Strong legal writing and experience with discovery, motion practice, and drafting pleadings and court filings
Familiarity with trial preparation in both state and federal courts
Experience in settlement conferences and negotiations preferred
Qualification
Required
2 years of experience in labor and employment litigation
Hands-on litigation experience
Strong foundation in employment law
Experience with expedited relief proceedings, including temporary restraining orders and temporary injunctions
Background in trade secret misappropriation and noncompete litigation
Familiarity with wage and hour class actions and single-plaintiff employment disputes
Strong legal writing and experience with discovery, motion practice, and drafting pleadings and court filings
