Responsibilities
Develop and coach a team of HR Business Partners supporting multiple business units across the US
Define and evolve the HRBP operating model, accountabilities, and ways of working
Ensure consistent, high-quality HR partnership across regions, functions, and leadership levels - both legal and business services
Build HRBP capability in business acumen, data literacy, and organizational consulting
Work with the HRLT to form an optimal operating model to maximise business support
Oversee performance management frameworks and ensure consistency across the US
Guide stakeholders on productivity, capability gaps, and workforce optimization
Use people analytics to identify trends in retention, engagement, and performance
Provide senior oversight on complex employee relations, compliance, and workforce risk issues
Ensure HRBPs manage matters consistently and in line with employment law and company policy
Act as the voice of the business to HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, DEI, HR Operations)
Ensure firmwide programs are adopted effectively within business units
Qualification
Required
12-15+ years of progressive HR experience
Significant experience guiding and developing HR Business Partner teams in legal or professional services organizations
Demonstrated success partnering with senior business execs on strategy and transformation
Strong background in organizational design, change leadership, and workforce strategy
Preferred
Team Management
HR Generalist / Business Partner skill set
Operated in a Business Partner / CoE HR model
